Mike Malfettone Sr. founded this company in 1977 when a handshake sealed agreements and trust was the foundation of every relationship. Those values remain at the heart of everything we do.
His sons Michael and Jason joined the business full-time in 2011 after earning collegiate degrees in Computer Science and Business. Their fresh perspective has driven the integration of advanced technology, compliance with modern energy standards, and innovative approaches to how we serve customers.

Mike founded Malfettone Electric in 1977 with nothing more than a tool belt and a commitment to honest work. Back when a handshake sealed a deal, Mike built a reputation across Hudson County that his family carries forward today.

Michael is a Licensed Master Electrician and joined the business full-time in 2011 after earning a degree in Computer Science. He drives the integration of smart technology, modern energy standards, and the digital tools that keep Malfettone ahead of the curve.

Jason joined in 2011 with a Business degree and a passion for the trade. He leads operations, customer relationships, and field work — and is the person most likely to show up at your door himself.
